What you would be doing ?


  1. Responsible for Identifying,
    qualifying and leading opportunities to bring incremental revenue to
    Digital Industries.
  2. Products include LV Switchgear
    (Power Distribution, Motor Control products, Electrical Installation, LV
    Motors, Automation & Drives (AC & DC) business (i.e. PLC, Scada,
    HMI & Networking components, LV drives).
  3.     Drive Sales
    measures in the Regions allocated to DI Exports, viz: Bangladesh,
    Srilanka, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan.
  4. The Customer segment varies
    from Panel builders, OEM, EPC, End customer & Channel partners.
  5. Visit the countries assigned
    and keep abreast of the Market developments and ensure GTM is efficient
    enough.
  6. Implement and ensure adherence
    to zero tolerance policy towards Export Control Compliance.
  7. Maintain records and drive the
    Global frame agreements as a GA manager for India.
  8. Collaborate with BU & Stake
    holders like Logistics, OEC, Central Service to achieve the KPIs set.
  9. Liaison with Taxation, CF ,
    EXIM and guide Business in the most ethical manner.
  10. Keep DI management informed on
    regular basis on the major developments in the countries assigned.
  11. Responsible for the profit and
    Customer price realization in the Sales regions assigned.   
  12. Manage sustainable growth
    through Channel Partners
  13. Identify and evaluate market
    potential for DI & SI EP Biz in the assigned countries.
  14. Frame guidelines for Channel
    partners and introduce Policies conducive to growth.
  15. Routinely discuss and
    communicate on sales opportunities strategy with members of the team.
  16. Ensure customer satisfaction.
    Maintain successful business relationships with channel partners and
    customers.
  17. Ensure regular promotional
    activity is carried on in the Sales regions.
  18. Drive Sales systematic &
    reporting in CRM tool.

Experience : Minimum of 10
Years in Sales of Automation , Drives , Motors & sound knowledge of LV
switchgear & LV Motors would be preferable.

Qualification : B.E
Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication / Instrumentation / Computers from
recognized and reputed University of India.
