Job Description

We at Paytm Insider are looking for a passionate individual to join our Sports vertical who can bring in new business and manage existing client relationships, lead Projects end-to-end and successfully achieve project targets across the country. Be it Cricket, football, kabaddi… it's all in there!
Responsibilities:
– Leading a Project team for Sporting events in India.
– Owning & managing PnL’s for the projects.
– Consumer marketing to ensure ticket sales and brand visibility in the Sports industry.
– Working with Corporate sales team to enhance B2B reach for events and better sales.
– Collaborate with various teams like Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, Client Management teams for successful project execution.
– Generate reports on projects and lead documentation for internal and also external stakeholders.
– Work with Product and Engineering teams for specific project requirements and enhanced features.
– Work with the Customer Support teams to enhance Customer experience for Sporting events.
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
– Experienced in working with Sporting events will be preferred.
– Experience in working with Sales and Marketing teams.
– Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, ownership, organisation and resourcefulness.
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and with prioritising responsibilities.
