Senior Specialist – Software Engineering

10+ years professional software engineering experience

Profound knowledge of object orientated web development with PHP 7+, based on the MVC (model view controller) pattern,

Good knowledge of the Symfony PHP Framework

Experience with Web Services and Serialization (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST)

Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases (MySQL)

Experience with writing optimized database queries

Experience with architecting and developing web applications

Experience with OOP Architecture, Design Patterns and Implementation

Experience with performance analysis and tooling

Experience with writing Unit tests (PHPUnit / Codeception, PyUnit)

Experience with Agile Management Tools (i.e. Confluence, JIRA, VersionOne)

Must work with business and understand business requirements and convert it to technical solution and designing

Good in communication and coordination between technical team and business teams

Should be a mentor to other members of the team, guiding and coaching them to achieve project objectives

90% Senior developer and 10% Tech Lead/Leadership

Familiar with at least one modern MVC framework (Symfony, Laravel, Yii)

Familiar with Linux OS

Familiar with front-end web technologies: HTML5 / CSS3 / jQuery / Bootstrap
