Pls find the below JD of Service TL.
 
Ø  Capable to handle minimum 20 to 25 FSE’s (on-roll).
Ø   Base Location Geographical knowledge required.
Ø  Team handling & motivation
Ø  Handling merchants complaints day to days basis
Ø  Allocation of the complaints to the FSE’s based on pin codes.
Ø  He should aware of the TaT closer (with in the time line) minimum 48 hours
Ø  Device return pic-up  from merchant by service team (FSE’s).
Ø  Team follow-ups on merchants complaints vs closer part.
Ø  Finally Team (FSE) productivity responsibility.
