Solution Architect

Our Exciting Opportunity!
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, crafting and developing commercially viable technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals!
Successful Candidate will:
- Scope, define and craft solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
- Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions & Collaborate with customer to understand and resolve the issues
- Support deployment of solution & managed Services operations from Solution point of view
- Provide feedback to R&D
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
To be successful in the role candidate must have:
- Education: Bachelors in Electronics & Communications or equivalent
- Minimum years of experience: 8 years
- Demonstrated expertise in Packet Core; additional expertise in cloud & IP will be an advantage
- Experience from technical job roles is required, Solution Architect or Support Engineer or Integration Engineer
Additional Requirements:
- Packet Core i.e. EPG, MME & PCRF experience is must
- Good Customer handling is required
- Ericsson & Support Experience is desirable
- Cloud & IP Experience will be preferred
