Solution Architect

Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, this role will be responsible for ensuring competitive solutions are provided to customers, either as solution proposals in an Advice service, as offers in the sales phase or as delivered solutions as a result of a project. This requires strong competence and experience on GSM / WCDMA / LTE / 5G / IP nodes and solutions in the Core, Access and Service Networks as well as for Telecom Management Solutions. Performing Analysis of technical needs, characteristics, and performance of the existing and/or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions to improve its performance focusing on customer’s needs. Location: Jakarta – Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Scope, define and craft solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions

• Technical support to sales, marketing, project managers and the customer, including pre-sales activities

• Communicating and participating in technical discussions with customers, analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis

• Establishing specifications for Network & Technology Consulting services

• Participating in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations and develop technical presentations and proposals, perform customer presentations

• Support deployment of solution and knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing

• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

 

Key Qualifications:

• Education: minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent theoretical background acquired through experience and/or in any other way.

• 7-9 years’ experience working in Radio Planning and Optimization and having validated experience as Solution Architect

• Demonstrated ability: Radio Access Network, Transport Network

• Experience Radio 2G, 3G and LTE including 5G (will be more advantage) for network planning network design (HLD&DLD) such as network topology design, link budget and also Radio Network Optimization.

• This will assessed according to the following tracks: Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design related RAN and Transport

• Having exposure on data analytic, Machine Learning programming skill

 

Additional Requirements:

• GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G radio experience; preferably Ericsson experience

• Experienced in delivering the Radio Network Design services with EDOS DP (ECO, EFO, ERA, SON, etc) and other tools related will be much advantages.

• Have strong customer relationship and customer focus, have effective presentation and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and initiative
