Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals. 

You will

•  Support pre-sales activities, including pre-studies
•  Plan the implementation of product configuration & integration
• Execute the scripts in a swift manner with no errors
• Execute integration and migration work
• Troubleshoot the system in case the Managed Object is not operational
• Prepare system, module and acceptance test
• Work to identify and drive improvements
• Post project activities • Show accountability by following up until the case is closed.
• Understand technical E2e
• Execute & Demonstrate testcases
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills are expected including the ability to write relevant Macros / scripts.
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas 

To be successful in the role you must have

• Education: BE/BTech in IT or Telecom or equivalent
•  Minimum years of experience: 10-15 years
• Demonstrated ability in RAN Integration, LTE and NR
• Should be aware of cloud concepts and elastic RAN
• Experience in Ericsson nodes/hardware is highly desirable
• Considerable Knowledge on 3GPP specs
•  Creating & innovating
•  Applying expertise & technology
• Analytical learning and researching skills
• Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
•  You will need excellent planning and organizing skills
• Have knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
• Open to travel as per project location/requirement
• Coding skills to develop local macros.
•  Good hold on Microsoft office, especially Microsoft excel
