Position Summary

Manage the end-to-end Digital Transformation & Process re-engineering projects for CVBU, PVBU & EVBU at dealerships and contact centre, in coordination with key internal & external stakeholders, to build the best-in-class customer experience.

Education

B Tech in Manufacturing Process And Automation
MBA in Marketing

Work Experience

6-8 years of work experience in Sales & Project management, with a good understanding of Automotive sector & Digital tools.

1.Study the existing business process and recommend/ implement appropriate business solution.

2. Project Management & Governance.

3. Lead the overall Digital Transformation project.

4. Market TMLBSL business/ digital solutions in outside market

5. Generate revenue as per identified timelines.
