Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly sales target
2. Tele calling and regular following up with the Patient
3. Ability to work under target & sales pressure
4. The candidate should be able to work within a team.
5. Reinvent ways of pitching to candidates and closing the sales on calls.
6. Make them understand the need and purpose.
7. Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining reports.
8. Should be well versed with English and Hindi or Tamil and Telugu.
9. Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.
10. Excellent communication and selling skills mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience required for the Job: Min. 1 year experience in Counseling/sales/marketing/Tele calling
Qualification -Any Graduate/Experienced preferred
