This position consists of being the first line of contact with clients experiencing technical difficulties with their internet-connected technology. This position is tasked with providing limited technical support for defined issues and gathering/dispatching information for additional defined issues.

Job Title: Customer Support/ Technical Support

 Job Location: Bangalore

TASKS 

•         Connects and communicates with clients using a phone, recommending appropriate solutions based on the client’s description of their issue and their own diagnosis

•         Requires excellent verbal and written skills to greet clients and clarify services being rendered

•         Probing and discovering clients’ needs and understand client view point

•         Provides scope of client issue(s), services to be performed, and any applicable information regarding the client and repair

•         Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation

•         Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and service throughout all client interactions

•         Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving

•         Handling client information with integrity and sensitivity

•         Documents all client interactions in a customer relationship management system


Requirements

Any UG/GRAD/FRESHER/EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY.

       •         Strong written and verbal communication English skills.

•         Typing Skills: 30 WPM w/90% accuracy

•         Basic understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals

•         **Any undergraduate, graduate, post graduate & diploma (Diploma or degree, preferably in either computing or electrical engineering, and/or equivalent industry experience) ***

•         Total Experience – 0-2 years of experience. Previous experience in the customer service or call center is preferential
