have,

Phone which involves working in different time zones

3.Take calls from
Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and
professionally.

4.Flexible to work in
shifts.

5.Excellent English –
both verbal and written communication skills

6.Knowledge of
customer service principles and practices

7.Good technical
knowledge
