Warehouse Leader

Assist in the execution of an efficient warehouse operation that is capable of meeting operational and customer demand and accomplished established objectives

Ensure delivery of materials to production lines

Train new warehouse operators according to the area of ??responsibility

Ensure that inventories in area assigned are accurate

Ensuring stock movements are accurately recorded

Support organization and participate in inventories at regular intervals

Personnel management

Manage the time and attendance of employees relate the area of ??responsibility and support supervisor with employee management issues

Communicate regularly with staff to inform them of priorities, goals, and operational requirements

Assist with recruiting and training staff, as well as monitor performance and progress to ensure goals are met

Report progress updates, key milestones and any concerns to the Supervisor and/or Materials Manager
