Warranty Claims Associate

Job Description:

• A Warranty In-charge manages warranty claims and spare parts replaced under warranty. He is responsible for taking all major warranty decisions as per the OEM guidelines/ manual. The individual should provide information on warranty policies and supervise both the replacement of failed parts/ aggregates replaced under warranty as well as disposal of the same.

• Ensuring that documents are accurate and well-maintained
• Organizing and maintaining customer and service records
• Maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Liaising with manufacturers.
•  Verification and analysis of warranty claims based on available external resources (e.g.Dealer portal, parts catalogs, sales information)

• Graduation is must( BE , Btech( mechanical engineering) is only accepted.
• Communication should be good enough
• Must have knowledge about automobile spare parts, Engines and exhaust System 
• Having Experience of 1 to 3 years in the same industry.
• Organized, timely, pro-active and highly productive
• Strong written communication in English
• Must be comfortable in working from office.
• Interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers, warranty engineers, etc
  
• Data processing accuracy, detail oriented, and ability to evaluate/research a warranty claim
• Both Male and Female Candidates can apply.
