Handle Operations – CVM Platforms systems

Integration Project management Initiatives that Drives Consumer business Revenue thru Revenue Enhancement Initiatives, Customer Insights, NPS  & Consumer Lifecycle Engagement

 

Time bound  & Seamless deployment of Disruptive Innovations, Customer Oriented solutions bringing best service solutions & Capabilities to the business

 

Monitoring & Tracking Platform Productivity & Cost Savings, Revenue Enhancement through Projects & initiatives over platforms

 

Business Partner Engagements, Collaboration, Seamless Project Management for CVM lead Transitions

 

Regularly Update relevant teams on  Capabilities & Platforms – Project Management 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Strategic

 

Managing central CVM Platform Systems Capable of Executing Formulated CVM Strategy , Aiding Delivery Alignment to Organization’s Transformational Consumer Journeys (Digital & Non Digital),

 

Monitor , Innovate & Improve  Operations Framework for CVM  – Platform – Deliver Productivity & Cost Savings, Revenue Enhancement(ARPU) , Churn Reduction through Projects & initiatives over Platforms

 

Deploy New  Capabilities with Disruptive Innovations, Customer Oriented solutions bringing best service solutions & Capabilities to the business

 

Facilitate Prioritize customer experience initiatives across market segments to improve NPS, Consideration, and Emotional Bonding and Market share.

 

Operational

 

Develop Control Mechanisms –Monitor & Manage Performance ; Scan Risks, Demand for Mitigation Plans & Channelize Partners 

 

Plan Business Requirement Discussions , Business Case Approvals & Seamless roll outs/Deployments

 

Managing Platform Budgets, Manage Accurate & Time bound Partner Pay-outs

 

Plan & Roll out Seamless Organizational Level Executions of New Capabilities/Platform Augmentation & Integrations – Time bound, Within Budget

Experience, Technical/Professional Qualification

  1. MBA with 10+ years of work experience – In sales & consumer marketing. Some telecom experience preferred.
  2. Consumer insights and proposition development
  3. Customer life cycle management
  4. Business management experience with focus on product management & product marketing
  5. Domain: Product management / pricing role in Telecom
  6. Technology architecture and its impact on business
