Job Purpose

  • Responsible to engage, enable and drive Consumer mobility channels viz. Direct Sales (D2C) and Retail(VMS) for SME & SOHO
  • GTM & Capability enhancement of Sales team.
  • Instrumental in driving the behavioural changes amongst the Channel Partners to get the processes automated and simpler on the ground level.
  • Driving the cross-functional integration and bonding to enhance the productivity of team.
  • Building the proposition sales eco system

• SME & SOHO Retail (D2C & VMS) Business contribution

Retail (D2C & VMS) Engagement & Capability enhancement

• Drive Proposition Mix

• Industry Association & Incubator/Start-ups Engagement

• Medium Enterprise – Mid Market Acquisition & CVM

• Capability enhancement of sales team

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

 

  • Distribution Channel Management and operational experience
  • Strong understanding of Fixed line, IOT, cloud & analytics portfolio

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Program management, association engagement, start-up/Incubators engagement experience
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills with digital mind set
  • 8-10 years of experience with strong understanding of proposition base sales cycle in B2B space
