Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
– Proven analytical background. Able to get to actionable insights – Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing prrities. – Should have strong experience in telecom domain. – Should have an excellent knowledge and hands on working experience on database structures – Should have expert level knowledge of SQL & Advance excel and MS Access. SAS (preferable) – Should have hands on working experience and knowledge of Cognos – Should be a quick learner and adapt to other reporting/ analytical tools that are in use in VIL – Must be able to translate analytics to understandable output for stakeholders through lucidly formatted excel tables, powerpoint slides and e-mails – Strong communication/interpersonal skills. Will need to interact with multiple stakeholders across multiple functions effectively for gathering inputs and sharing insights

Standard analytics & reports – Tracker with key KPIs highlighting the business trends in a single report – Business vertical report (KPI and revenue reporting) – Daily, Weekly, Monthly tracking of various KPI’s highlighting key trends and movements. – 360 degree view of business KPI’s through regular reports and trackers – Reporting to enhance and improve business and revenues – Reporting and highlighting circles, KPI’s which is creating max impact of business functioning and to take corrective action on time
Ad hoc analytics & reports – Pull out the data as per the requirement for any new product/ intervention/ deep dive and share insights in precise, understandable formats with key stakeholders – Adhoc reports to be delivered on defined frequency and on time

Must have technical / professional qualifications |
Graduate from a good institute, preferably with strong exposure to computers, analytics – Strong formal education / certification in analytical courses focused on SQL, database structures and management, data analytics
Minimum 3-5 Years of work experience as a Business analyst
