  • To deliver on the planned growth pillars for SME viz. IoT, Cloud, Connectivity – Acquisition Matrices
  • Account Coverage & Customer engagement

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Institutionalize Operating Plan in the circle to drive Segment KPIs including strategic initiatives and productivity across  sales teams and partners – Roll out standard City reach plan & show differentiation in the top town coverage – Design
  • Deliver GTM as per the Coverage norms – 5 Productive CPs / CSM
  • Not more than 10% to be Dormant CPs
  • Infrastructure as per set norm for Physical Reach
  • Future fit partner Eco System
  • Mid Market A/C Coverage
