Job Description
Role:
R&D Facility Project management & Plant Control Team
Responsibility:
1. Project Monitoring (New facilities)
I. Study & monitor progress w.r.t Project schedule.
II. Understand reason of deviation w.r.t to scheduled activity.
III. Present to stakeholders reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly project progress, problems as well as solutions.
IV. Regular visit to projects sites.
V. Co-ordination with all project teams.
2. Management of Project database
I. Regular updation of database.
II. Identify efficient ways to retrieve data/document as per management requirement.
3. Sustainability
I. Good understanding of environment regulation, operating standards from plant operations point of view.
II. Co-ordination with Environment dept.
III. Participation in ISO 14001 audits & other ENV audits.
4. New Projects (facilities)
I. Working on new projects & presentation to management.
II. Planning, tendering, technical evaluation, ERP Processing, Co-ordination with Civil, Utility, IT & Safety dept.
Competency requirements:
1. Analytical & Conceptual Thinking.
2. Computer Competency ( MS Office, AutoCAD).
3. Decision Making
4. Proficiency in project management software tools
Educational Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)
