JOB DESCRIPTION – Project Coordinator

Qualification

B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical)/ + MBA

Project Coordination

1. Closely monitor activity wise progress of each project to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on track.
2. Monitor project plans, project schedules & organize site reviews.
3. Conduct daily & weekly meetings with all stakeholders to monitor the project progress.
4. Prepare monthly presentation for sharing update to senior management.
5. Create and maintain a data bank for all project related documents such as layouts, pictures, drawings and management approvals.

Safety at Project Sites

1. Ensure contractors follow MSIL's Safety Health & Environment guidelines at project sites.
2. Conduct daily audit of projects along with all stakeholders. Share observation to all stakeholders for horizontal implementation.
3. Maintain safety related data of project sites.
4. Involvement in implementation of digital safety project at construction/ installation sites.

Ensuring Compliances at project sites:

1. Thorough understanding of Labour laws, BOCW Act and Factories act etc.
2. Ensure contractor is compliant to all rules and regulations under aforementioned laws/acts.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. 1. Prepare weekly projects update ppt of Rohtak R&D Centre for Divisional Heads Meeting.
2. 2. Explore new areas for improvement. Make project plan, scope, cost-benefit analysis. Present proposal to senior management. Coordinate with stakeholders for project execution.
