Role Requirement

• Basic understanding of ETL jobs/scripts for cleansing, transforming, and organizing the data required for business
• Creating reports and charts in reporting tools like Power BI for dashboard for various user stories.
• Conduct testing of new developments / change requests to confirm acceptance, ideally to include check of basic coding.
• Experience in root cause analysis for any discrepancy in the data and addressing data quality issues.  Create and monitor reporting schedules and running reporting operation as a service.
• Data exploration and profiling skills, ideally by using R, Python.
• Delivering projects through Agile methodology.
• Fully operational in Machine Learning tools like Power BI, R, Python, Excel and Azure,
• Good to have experience on Databricks, Teradata, SQL, AAS, Hadoop,.
• Development of new sustainability reporting including trackers, dashboards and scorecards to drive business action within the sustainability arena and continuously improving existing reporting to ensure it is easy to understand and drives decision making within the business.
• Expertise into R, Python Coding is must.
• Well versed with Data visualization, building analytical models and use of ML/AI based techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the annual reporting process for sustainability metrics by working with metric owners to understand plans for data collection and measurement, ensuring business adoption for our in-house Enhanced Livelihoods Measurement & Analysis Tool and supporting Finance in internal validation and external assurance of all sustainability metrics.
• Drive continuous improvements in metrics and reporting within Sustainability, including data quality, availability and efficient data collection processes to support Sustainability reporting initiatives.
• Partner directly with business Sustainability teams to understand the sustainability initiatives and metrics in place and work together to develop and improve our methods for measuring the impact of the Sustainability initiatives leveraging big data and advanced analytics
• Build SME knowledge on the various sustainability metric reporting
