About Team:
Growth marketing team at Paytm performs these critical functions for our platform:
1) Traffic allocation to various growth use cases like payments, commerce, financial services according to user current interest and also propensity to adopt new use cases
2) Enhancing growth as a product platform with real time targeting, building a 360-degree customer profile and enhancing reach through most suitable channels
3) Evangelization of growth amongst various businesses of Paytm and ensuring best practices trickle down to all businesses.
About the role: 
New business development through lead generation using professional contacts, websites, LinkedIn, market and store visits for co-branding campaigns with FMCG brands.
 
Expectations/ Requirements:
1) Achieve monthly and yearly targets through monetization of new and existing business development.
2) Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key-targeted National and Regional FMCG brand partners.
3) Coordinate with the brand stakeholders and their respective teams for partnership to be executed smoothly.
4) Work with internal stakeholders and teams within the organization to ensure that Alliance and
5) Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals and deliver as per the set objectives within timelines.
6) New business development and supervise collaborations with FMCG partner brands.
7) Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the organization.
8) Pipeline management is crucial and closure within timelines.
9) End to end ownership of partnership and closure within specified timelines.
10) Analysing the data, understanding the reasons for growth and presenting the finding to the brands.
11) Willing to travel for pitching of proposal for lead development and closure.

6)  Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal stakeholders.
7)  Well-versed in making presentations and tools such as MS Excel advanced features.
Education
1) Graduation is mandatory.
2) Post-graduate is preferred.
3) 2-5 years of work experience
Language:
English, Hindi, Bengali (must), and other north-eastern languages will be a plus.
