The
position is focused to develop and grow Siemens Process Automation product /
solution / service business within the Pharmaceutical market.
The candidate is responsible for operating across the Pharmaceutical domain by
targeting specific accounts in developing and implementing Domain specific
concepts. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of
Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and KPIs across various levels

The
core responsibility of this role is to address following areas:

• Develop growth strategies for Siemens
  products, solutions & services in Pharmaceutical verticals
• Increase market transparency, create
  pull in the market, identify growth areas, plan & deploy strategies to
  increase Siemens share of wallet
• Demonstrate strong collaboration with
  Sales to push Value Propositions with Siemens Process Automation portfolio

What
are my responsibilities?

• Develop
  innovative approaches and concepts based on customer requirements which
  puts Siemens in forefront amongst competition
• Provides
  customers and account representatives with strategy and solution advice
  and provide support during pre-sales discussions on Distributed Control System (DCS) solutions.
• Work closely with Consultants, OEMs,
  and End-users to get Siemens approved as one of the preferred Vendors
• Undertake regular communication with
  customers on topics pertaining to latest innovations, trends and
  technological developments and ensure Siemens’ success.
• Collaboration with Siemens Vertical Management
  headquarters of Pharmaceutical Vertical to align & synchronize
  regional strategies with global strategies.
• Identification of new market opportunities and customers
• Ensure dissemination of knowledge / learning
  & imparting training to internal salespeople for enhanced domain
  knowledge

What do I
need to qualify for this job?

• Knowledge
  and experience of Distributed Control Systems and associated topics across
  the Process Automation market. Knowledge on MES is preferrable
• Good process experience and domain knowledge
  in the branches of Pharmaceuticals.
  Knowledge on Biologics API manufacturing
  is preferrable.  
• Advanced knowledge on Batch process (ISA S88
  standard) physical & procedural software architecture is preferred
• Good understanding & knowledge of 21
  CFR Part11 and GAMP5 guidelines.
• Self
  starter, committed, with motivation and drive to build a business with
  significant growth expectations.
• Adaptability
  and flexibility.
• Team
  player.
• DCS/PLC/SCADA/Instrumentation knowledge with Siemens and/or competitor products and
  a broad understanding of associated products and technologies.
• Strong
  communication and presentation skills are required. Excellent command over English language (verbal &
  written) skills
• Understand
  the impact of Digitalization on the Process Industry

Responsibilities-

Focus
on Bio /
Chem API manufacturing- Market analysis, Market
definition, customer intelligence, account management, opportunity management,
solutions management etc.

Minimum
requirement specification of candidate-

Education-

BE/ME
in Instrumentation/Electronics/BioPharma engineering

Work
Experience extent- 8-15 years
