C&C GPO Data Insights Analyst

The role will be a part of the Close and Control (C&C) Global Process Owner area with a primary focus on data-driven insight processes. Jointly with the rest of the C&C GPO team members, the person will support global initiatives, which will lead to the creation of more efficient ways of working. The role will cooperate closely with other teams from different areas, including the C&C team, local teams, risk team, TECH team, etc.

Role description:

  • Analyze transactional data to understand what is driving re-work e.g. SAP FC submissions, FA data re-mapping, JEs

  • Designing, Creating KPI dashboards using advanced tools, like Power BI

  • Provide analysis support for ad hoc requests made by other C&C GPO team members

  • Manage Cadency Licenses i.e. the number of licenses and where compared to contract

  • Assist with Deloitte audit queries and data requests around JEs, SAP FC etc.

  • Assist with C&C GPO Controllership Manager with project tasks as required

  • Setting ground for AI/ML solutions to drive performance

Why you?

Basic requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Finance Analysis/Big Data or other similar

  • Experience with financial processes (at least 3 years)

  • Fluent English (minimum C1)

  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel)

  • Knowledge of SAP and any of Power BI/Alteryx/Celonis

Preferred additional requirements:

  • Experience in a project management

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Great communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a matrix team

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders based in different countries

  • Knowledge of systems which gives an opportunity to check the processes/ create reports/extract the date in the effective way
