o City Head – Key Accounts is a people management role with a team size of 50 to 100 Sales Manager and 5 to 10 Area Managers
o City Head is responsible to build & train the team and drive sales and business development for the assigned cities.
o Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for long run.
o Make sure to be on the field with the team and lead it from the front for acquisition, retention of payment solution.
o City Head needs to be an MBA with at least 6 to 8 years of overall experience of which at least 4 years of team management role.
