Collaborate with the Product Owners, POD Leads and the team to help achieve their goals, assist the team to follow agile practices, remove blockers to accelerate end to end delivery for the product.
Work with the Product Owner to re-prioritise the backlog as and when there are changes in scope, feedback from stakeholders or bugs/issues in product.
Facilitates raising of Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies and escalating those which are relevant.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops & other team events
Generate and track product level & team level metrics and creates visual controls for them. Help the team update the progress boards, ensuring all issues are tracked.
Champion agile and lean principles to reduce lead time of delivering products while creating a culture of continuous improvement. Helps the team focus on continuous improvement, take responsibility for their actions, and mentors team members to become problem solvers for themselves
Identify drag on the team's performance, and works with the team or stakeholders to resolve it
Develop team member in Agile ways of working, along with support from Platform Agile Coaches.
Manage stakeholder’s expectations and working relationship with the teams with focus on transparency and collaboration.
