Consultant Specialist/Enterprise Technology
Job Description
- Work on the change request from scratch – Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Code Development, Unit testing.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles.
- L2 Production support for any failures / troubleshooting.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts (1st and 2nd) / weekends.
- Communicate and collaborate with a co-located and distributed team of developers, QA engineers, and tech leads to resolve issues and provide status updates.
