Job Description
- Responsible for adhering to and implementing work practices and leads team during development and implementation.
- Coordination with architects and project managers as a key point of contact for project development deliverables.
- Guide and mentor the team members and encourage them to follow best coding practices.
- Ensuring development tasks adhere to the project plan outlined for the project and flag any risks to the project manager
- To act over all possible activities in the software development lifecycle, as such:
- Identify and document technical requirements in conjunction with the analysts
- Investigate and assess the impact of user requirements on the functional design and effort required to incorporate them.
- Investigate feasibility and validity of technical solutions to business requirements
- To interact with the architecture team to improve the best practices of design and project.
- To estimate software development efforts and impacts
- Providing escalation and investigation support in case of escalations from production support teams
- Providing implementation / go live support as a development specialist
