Responsible and Accountable for UCMDB integrations both OOTB and 3rd party
Strong knowledge in Python scripting, TQL Development, Creating Integrations and Enrichments in MF UCMDB tool
SQL scripting knowledge is an added advantage but not a must.
Work with the Product Owner, Solution & Platform Architects to identify changes required, create & agree necessary stories.
Work with business stakeholders/users to elicit software setup requirements and capture business needs; clear articulation and documentation of business requirements.
Ensure that the service continues to meet the customer needs & demands and takes corrective action where necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, formal service availability reporting against agreed availability targets.
Work with the Agile Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities.
Work on UD agent to ensure scanning of estate is operational as per agreed SLA.
Accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework.
Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the team activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly.
