Is capable to manage E2E testing ( SIT, UAT, VPT, OAT, etc.)
Good understanding of EFT Switch (Base24/SmartVista),TACL commands and simulators.
Good understanding of Cards Acquiring domain and Testing principles in various delivery models
Analysis design and implementation of test solutions to fit the business requirements
Is capable of effective stakeholder management, supporting business for making informed decisions based on test results, possess good analytical skills
Develop Strategy / approach based on the business requirements. Write test strategy and test plans for testing phases.
Ability to develop or alter simulator scripts for ATM/Switch testing.
Disseminate the proposed changes and the approach to test to the team members
Prepare Test Scenarios and Test Cases developed by the team members
Identify the areas of improvement and come up with plans to optimize the test effectiveness
Good communication skills
Able to analyse functional changes to, or the development of, products and services and plan design
Demonstrate a profound understanding of the business areas/ client and ability to recommend right decisions for the business
Able to design, or provide assurance for, appropriate risk-based end-to-end system integration test model

Requirement Analysis – work with the Test Lead/Test Manager on driving project requirement analysis and static testing
Create Test ware – create test cases, test scenarios and test data that would be required to complete test execution for the project.
Defects – defect reporting and ensuring that defects have the right amount of detail, are in the correct statuses/severity, escalated appropriately and tracked to closure.
