Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are looking for Domain Sales Manager to be part of our team!, someone who will be responsible for leading Digital Business Solutions (BSS/OSS) Domain sales by supporting the Key Account Manager organization with business development and domain-specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of technologist & evangelist in engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Be Responsible for Encouraging deep client business and technical relationships with C-suite, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Manage the client’s innovation agenda, around strategic Ericsson offerings, technology and platforms.
  • Share related industry information and support long term sales objectives.
  • Manage Ericsson organization to position global material, roadmap and technology offerings.
  • To engage early (pre-tender) to influence the outcome of the tender process & managing Domain Funnel Management & Business Development.
  • Excellent in Market Research, Competitive Intelligence and proficient in Portfolio Development and management.
  • To make Selections of HW-SW strategic partners and Lead generation – Internal-external marketing presentations.
  • Sales community education (best/the worst practice sharing).
  • To lead Roadmap BU issues and to build pre-sales assets certifications (Reference architecture, New PoC, lab environment).

To be successful in the role one must have

  • University degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales or Consulting roles
  • Determined and self-motivated, someone who can lead and run independently
  • Demonstrable experience in pre-sales and history of closing large break-in deals
  • Organizational Change and Transformation skills
  • Portfolio depth & expertise in area of responsibility –
  • Charging, Billing, Mediation, Order Care, Catalog
  • Network Management Systems, Orchestration, Activation, Inventory
  • Customer & Network Analytics, Closed loop Assurance
  • Solid understanding of Order to Cash, Plan to Building journeys in a wireless environment
  • Working level understanding of NFVI and CaaS, 5G Monetization
  • Knowledge of Sales Process and Service Delivery Process.
