Functional Head For QA, Lab, R&D, TSS, & Project – Textile Industry

Should have core experience in manufacturing, Textile Yarn technologies like POY, Cotton Spinning & Viscose Yarn (PSY, CSY, SSY). & Fashion Yarn project handling, planning, execution, budgeting, research, development & business excellence. Familiar with standard systems like QMS, IMS, DuPont safety regulations & Six Sigma.

• Spearheading R&D activities to explore newer growth avenues & potential technology investments
• Actively involved in planning, budgeting & preparation of project reports

• As Project Head responsible for erection & commissioning of CSY Plant including auxiliaries and worked closely with technology supplier, civil contractor and erection contractor for timely completion of project.

• Implementation and monitoring of Energy saving projects through Technical cell.
• Implementation of DuPont Safety management system in organization.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through pre-testing of export material & co-ordination with marketing teams

• Responsible for implementation/certification of QMS, EMS, OHSAS and all integrated management system.
• Ensuring implementation of Business Excellence standards across the organization.
• Seamlessly handled Continuous Spinning Of Viscose Filament Yarn,

• Meeting of production targets with required quality, controlling process parameters & ensuring optimal inventory levels
• Optimal utilization of manpower:- Developing, managing, monitoring of multi skilled work force and maintaining harmonious work environment

• Led the production team to enhance capacity of CSY machines
• Responsible for handling day-to-day operations of a POY production plant to help achieve business objectives
