Job Purpose

  • To position VIL as the preferred Technology partner by using thought leadershipdustry insights and Design thinking, to the assigned large accounts
  • To drive business outcomes by partnering with CXOs to co-create value
  •  

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Responsible for Creation & Execution of the overall Account strategy & Account Development Plans with the revenue growth in focus.
  • Own C-level / E-level / LOB Heads engagement
  • Planning , Executing & Participating in Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) / Industry Forums / Customer Endorsements / Case studies
  • Co-create value for customers through transformational deals
  • Account level P&L ownership
  • Transformational Deals
  • Business planning & Accurate Forecasting – on Revenue, Order booking, Gross Addition, Gross Net, Net Addition, Churn, Billing, Collection & Bad debts.
  • Should be able to steer the c level conversation with ease

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 12 to 15  years of  Account Management experience
  • Expertise in Enterprise telecom products & services
  • Enterprise Solution & Consultative Selling background
  • Must have handled large global organizations with a turnover of min 5 bn$

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Professional Qualifications – MBA from reputed institute
  • Technical Qualifications – In depth knowledge on Enterprise telecom voice and data domain
