Job Purpose

 

  • The Product Owner for Digital Asset represents the business stakeholders and is the voice of the customer guiding individual DevOps teams, responsible for ensuring that the delivery team delivers value to the business according to the outcome vision
  • The role will have one foot in the daily work of the Scrum teams, and one foot in the future. The role will visualize, plan and execute digital products which users love.
  • In the daily routine the role owner will work with teams of engineers, designers, digital marketers, analytics experts and user experience researchers to build the products with which our users engage daily.
  • This role is responsible for the definition of customer-centric items or user stories designed to deliver superior customer experience, business objectives (E.g. leads, orders, sales, service requests) engagement and aligned to the delivery of key business objectives of the organization
  • Design thinking, host empathy, a familiarity with digital operations (logistics, Sales & service Operations), and ability to balance technology with a human touch will be critical for this role.
  • The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Digital Delivery, IT, Sales, Service, Marketing, CVM, Product  as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery of initiatives on digital assets

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Make digital assets more relevant à Make digital journeys/ video tutorials & troubleshooting available & integral (simple, intuitive, error free), inbound and outbound customer interactions/ journeys.
  • Upfront & reinforce àHero Proposition(s), RTBs, Customer Testimonials, capture Customer VoC à at every opportunity on our digital assets
  • Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap
  • UI/UX, Digital journey design for Enterprise persona
  • Harmonise access & cross-sell/ upsell opportunities across assets
  • Engagement initiatives on digital assets
  • Make Vi embedded in the digital lifestyle of the customer (DITLOC)
  • Rank and prioritize user stories / items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, conveying a clear vision of what is required to be built
  • Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Delivery, Digital IT, Enterprise Product/ Segments/ CS/ CVM/ Enterprise Brand and support teams from external agencies to deliver on all Digital asset related initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery  
  • KPIs: Digital Sale/Service (vs overall), Cost of sale/service, Penetration, utilization (MAU/ DAU/ Retention/ Repeat Usage/ Bounce to other channels/ Page bounce rates/ Digital TNPS) of digital assets (App/ Platform/Responsive Web/PWA/Content/ etc)

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Strong knowledge and understanding on digital products, digital lead funnel management customer journeys, UI/UX and analytics
  • Servant leader mind-set
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Agile tools
  • Good communication, BI and advanced MS-excel skills
  • Integrity and process oriented individual
  • Ability to work effectively with and lead cross functional teams

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • MBA essential
  • Minimum of 6 to 8yrs relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization.
  • Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
