Job Purpose

To lead the FP&A vertical for VIBS Finance

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Drive and manage the segments, product heads and circles in preparing the annual operating plan
• Aligning the segmental revenue with product heads and also with the circles for all the enterprise products(FLD, FLV, A2P, Carrier Voice, Carrier Data, Carrier SMS) on a timely basis
• Providing Weekly & Monthly Forecast of business KPIs to the business to for evaluating the achievement and take corrective course of action for achievement of overall targets for the year on a timely and accurate basis
• Providing business insights of monthly performance for both Carrier and Mobility products for informed decision making; enable circle performance of revenue and contribution & other business KPIs for enterprise business on a timely basis
• Exercise Budgetary Controls for Enterprise Capex and Opex; Validate Business Cases for Opex spend; Establish process for new business opportunities within TAT; Enable timely capex procurement aiding in topline growth
• Initiate and drive cost management programs to improve EBITDA performance
• Identify, drive and transform people dependent process to system managed processes increasing the productivity of the team thereby improving efficacy of the decision support system
• Providing steering support to Cluster Finance & enterprise  head and ensure they are aligned on all the reporting perspective and understand the inter linkage between corproate and circle reporting
