Job Purpose

 

  • Drive the digital product (app/website) development from business lens of customer acquisition, retention, & growth hack.
  • Analyze the competition, VOC, surveys etc. to ensure that the product continues to deliver competitive advantages.
  • Understand the user and the buyer personas and develop unique value proposals for both of them.
  • Track, analyze, and perform key analytics of the products. And work with Analytics team to set up app/website scorecards.
  • Quality enhancement, increase CVR(conversion rate of traffic/installs), optimize retention rate and boost customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Create the strategic product roadmap and work with tech/IT team for delivery on time in full.
  • Manage merchandising calendar to to increase maus, CVR, cross sell & up sell. Work with Website/App team to keep the app/website fresh. And work with Analytics team to set up a merchandising scorecard.
  • Manage push notifications, email, sms calendar to increase maus, CVR, cross sell & up sell. And work with martech/CVM team to enable push/email/sms. And work with Analytics team to set up a push/email/sms scorecard.
  • Orchestrate Onsite SEO/ASO fixes for organic growth of business. And work with agency/analytics team to enable a SEO/ASO scorecard.
  • Growth hack via A/B & MVT, refer & earn program, bank/wallet offers etc.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Make our digital assets more relevant à Make digital journeys/ video tutorials & troubleshooting available & integral (simple, intuitive, error free) for at least 80% of inbound AND outbound customer interactions/ journeys.
  • Upfront & reinforce àHero Proposition(s), RTBs, Customer Testimonials, capture Customer VoC à at EVERY opportunity on our digital assets
  • Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap
  • UI/UX, Digital journey design
  • Engagement initiatives on digital assets
  • Harmonize access & cross-sell/ upsell opportunities across assets
  • Focus on assets aligned to customer profile
  • Make Vi embedded in the digital lifestyle of the customer (DITLOC)
  • Rank and prioritize user stories / items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, conveying a clear vision of what is required to be built
  • Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Delivery, Digital IT, Postpaid Product/ Segments/ CVM/ Brand and support teams from external agencies to deliver on all Postpaid related initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery  
  • KPIs: Penetration, utilization (MAU/ DAU/ Retention/ Repeat Usage/ Bounce to other channels/ Page bounce rates/ Digital TNPS) of digital assets (App/ PWA/ CT/ Content/ etc)
  • KPIs: Organic & Direct Traffic/CVR Growth on App & Website.
  • KPIs: Referral Traffic/CVR Growth on App & Website.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding on digital products, customer journeys, UI/UX and analytics

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • MBA essential
  • Minimum of 6 to 8yrs relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization
  • Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
