Manager: Design

1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Manager-Design
Reports to: Deputy General Manager
Department: Projects

2. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a 2000+ Restaurant with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.
. Interior design of QSR and Services Co-ordination.
. Preparing GFC drawings, BOQ and specifications.
. Coordinating with site team and responsible for timely delivery of the stores .
. Interior Layouts, Sections, Elevations, GFC drawings 3D views, Coordinated services drawings,
BOQ, Specifications, Estimates, AutoCAD, Excel MS office.

3. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
. All Departments , Mostly Execution , marketing , procurement .
External:
. Architectural Consultants Coordination and capabilities of getting work done from external
agencies
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
. Qualification Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or similar.
. Skills Auto CAD 2d , Sketchup 3d , MS Excel , Power point , Adobe Photoshop
. Experience 8-12 years. Candidates working with an Architect, Interior Designer , Client
side ( QSR or Retail industry preferred) on Restaurant design/layouts. Should be able to work
with inhouse team or external consultants
