Job Description

1. Agree and deliver one or more projects mostly in Middleware technologies as per agreed scope, cost, time, quality, risk and benefit profiles following applicable standards and processes

2. Proactively analyze variances against plan to identify that a project may be at risk and take appropriate action

4. Experience in managing Waterfall and iterative projects using SDLC (knowledge of Agile will be added advantage)

3. Engage internal and external stakeholders such as users, customers and suppliers to fully benefit from the delivered projects

4. Develop and execute approproate change and engagement plans

5. Mobilize and lead teams composed of mixture of staff (across practices if needed) and suppliers and ensure they have necessary skills, capacity and experience to achieve the required outcomes

6. Develop skills of team members through coaching, delegation and other assignments

7. Ensure that all deliverables are fit for purpose, meet all relevant requirements and are effectively transitioned to support and business-as-usual

Tools

1. Expertise in any PM tool like MS Project is a good to have, knowledge of using excel at least for planning is must

2. Knowledge of Azure DevOps will be an advantage

Certifications – PMP or PRINCE2 certifications will be added advantage
