Job Purpose

Responsible for HSW compliances and for deploying and audit of HSW Norms in circle.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

 Governance with VIL internal team, MS and infra partners for HSW compliance.

 Ensure 100% compliance to HSW requirements and adherence on the ground and also ensure 'ZERO' Fatality. SW Score >90 (9/12 months in FY20)

 Promote culture of Safety and Wellbeing

 Periodic inspections, random field checks to improve HSW compliance.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

 Strong knowledge of Safety HSW compliance.

 Communication and presentation skill set

 Knowledge of safety rules and practices MUST.

 Experirance- 5-7 years of experience.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

 BE Electrical/Electronics.

 First level knowledge of all technical nodes on safety prespective.
