Job Description

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience: 5-10 years

Notice Period: Immediate joiners required ( 15 days max)

Qualification: Graduate

MODE OF WORK: Hybrid, initial 15 days daily reporting to office

Mandatory Skills: Routing/Switching/Cisco IOS/NX-OS /Palo Alto Firewall /Aruba Wireless /OWASP

Job Requirements:

• Ensure our network and security infrastructure is free of vulnerabilities by patching OSs and hardening configuration templates
• Perform fault isolation and trouble resolution on network & security hardware, software, and circuits
• Participate in on-call activities and follow the escalation process to support the infrastructure 24/7
• Proactively contribute to documentation, automation, and process improvement
• Participate in our trouble ticketing system ensuring our global employee base is running at optimal efficiency
• Responsible for taking handover from the project team for the completed projects and thereon providing operational support
• Drive initiatives to completion
• Drive meetings and organize necessary resources from cross-functional teams
• Support escalated incidents that require advanced troubleshooting skills
• Lead and collaborate with other Engineering team members in the development of technical design solutions
• Reviews and evaluates technological network-related needs and recommends appropriate solutions

Key Qualifications:

• BA/BS in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of network and security administration experience, supporting medium and large enterprise environments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Cisco IOS/NX-OS general knowledge
• Palo Alto Firewall general knowledge
• Aruba Wireless and network general knowledge
• Knowledgeable of OWASP Top 10 and general security best practices
• Ability to assess and perform vulnerability mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Security+ certification
• Ansible or python type scripting and programming skills
• Prior experience automating workflow and processes
• Willing to work 24/7 shift work hours
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilities
