Internal Title – Customer services professional

Business Title – Manager – Customer services

Location – Gurugram

Assigning OEM calls to vendors and ensuring that all OEM calls are attended timely. Regular follow-up of the OEM calls and ensuring timely closure.
Maintaining database for the supplied OEM items along with main equipment and mapping.
Coordination with Service Group Leaders and updating the OEM status regularly
Coordination with SCM team for getting the vendors quotation approved 
Ensuring archival of OEM service reports & PMS reports.
Ensuring timely contract renewals of OEM service contracts
Coordinating with SCM for rate contract renewals
Initiating PO requests for issuing POs to vendors and coordination with Commercial Team for issuing the PO on time.
Renewal of TLD badges.
Coordinating for tools calibration and AERB QAs.
Education & Experience
5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations having experience in managing multiple vendors
