Roles and Responsibility

  • This role requires working closely with Project Managers of the Vendorand work with them to achieve commercial KPIs
  • In Vendor Management, the Zonal Sales Manager, needs to align with Cluster Heads and Marketing team to maximize business by sales planning, customer engagement, Trade fund and ROI management.

Qualifications

Experience:

Professional Experience: Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in FMCG / OTC Pharmaceutical selling. Minimum 5 years managerial experience required.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Science / Pharmacy) with degree or diploma in Management.

Skills:

Job Knowledge

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in sales management skills with accomplishments all through his/her career.   
  • Established track record in effective leadership which includes people development.              
  • Strict disciplinarian & meticulous implementer.
  • Sympathetic towards people & a good listener. Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region.                               
  • Should possess analytical skill, business orientation and cross functional communication.

A candidate with an overall exposure from both FMCG as well as OTC will be a preferred choice with interest in developing CSO model & driving demand through S&D models.
