Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivers NOS/sales goals by delivering with excellence the executional targets in their defined geographical area(s).
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of both sell in and sell out via appropriate influence of proven Healthcare KPI’s according to market need (distribution, visibility, recommendation and/or prescribing).
  • Responsible for excellence in understanding healthcare regulations, categories and needs of healthcare professionals in their portfolio. Maximally focused on customers/in the field.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in pharma selling.
  • 6 – 8 years Managerial experience required.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Science or Pharmacy)
  • Post-Graduation in Management would be added advantage.

Skills:

Job Knowledge

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in sales management skills with accomplishments all through his/her career.   
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Established track record in effective leadership which includes people development.          
  • Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified region.                               
  • Should possess analytical skill, business orientation, resource allocation, cross functional communication.

  • Ability to take decision with understanding of cost of deal/ability to deliver.
  • Create action plans commensurate with organizational goals & future strategy.
  • Ability to liaise with multi-functional team to deliver the desired level of performance.
