This is your role. What part will you play?

  • You have handled Inbound Calls
    and emails, assist Vendors/Suppliers with queries pertaining to Invoices
    On Line / EZ Suite Application
  • First point of contact for Level
    1 queries from the vendors end/ Siemens users  with regards to
    the applications
  • Co-ordination with Level 2, BA’s
    and other stake holders for providing appropriate resolution
  • Excellent communication skills
    with neutral accent
  • Timely response to queries from
    internal customers/ stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in all the
    org level initiatives as well as employee engagement activities.
  • You are a good team player and
    proactively initiate the process improvements

  • You have Fluency in communication
    skills, written and verbal
  • You have knowledge about MS
    Office applications
  • Graduate (Any) B.com Preferable
  • You have Knowledge or exposure to
    SAP is an added advantage.
  • You have Excellent organization
    skills, and forward thinking
  • You have Excellent customer
    service, Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, quality and changed
    oriented with initiative and ability to learn.
