About the Role:This role includes a combination of Technical & Non technical background candidates. who should have a good experience on digital products management.The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership and commitment.

 

·         Good understanding of e-wallet ecosystem & digital wallet core knowledge, digital payments, finance basic knowledge of bank operations & functions, payment gateways and digital services.

·         Well-versed with Fintech Innovations

·         Gather requirements functional & technical, determine features, write product specifications, refine feedback, define scope & test plans, manage the backlog and ship quickly

·         Proven record of accomplishment of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

·         Define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities

·         Manage the product development lifecycle; develop detailed functional specifications for existing and new products

·         Partner with the engineering team to ship functionality that delights users, has the right balance of impact vs. engineering cost, and makes a measurable impact on the business.

 

·         B.Tech/B.E in computer science or equivalent experience from top college

·         3+ yrs of product experience

·        High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along Understanding of Technology and User Experience Love for simplifying Growth Mindset ·        Willingness to experiment and improve continuously.
