| • B.E/B Tech (Mechanical) having 6-8 years of experience in maintenance/ project in chemical industry. • Having well convergent with PID/MDS/drawings/layouts/line list and their testing. • Having knowledge of project activities and pre commissioning / commissioning activities of chemical plants. • Having hands on knowledge of chemical process equipment operation and their maintenance. • Should be good knowledge of operation of cooling towers/ CHWR/CHBR plant/compressors/Reactor/Pump/HE/Tank/Column plant. • Preparation of different checklists (installation/water levelling/ alignment/ no load trials/final trials) for pre commissioning/ commissioning and testing activities of chemical process plant equipment. • Preparation of commissioning reports of equipment. • Having knowledge of breakdown analysis and RCA of breakdown and corrective actions. • Preparation of master schedule of commissioning activities/start up with close co-ordination with project lead. • Training to new joined maintenance staff. |
