Job Profile: Project Instrumentation Engineer/Manager
Experience: 7-10 Years

Location : Madhya Pradesh

Responsibilities:

•  Analyses current equipment; identifies areas of inefficiency and needs for improvement; designs and develops instrumentation to meet those needs.
•  Collaborates with other engineers to develop accurate, efficient equipment and instrumentation in accordance with safety and usability standards and client expectations.
•  Designs and tests prototypes of equipment.
•  Creates basic schematics and simulated models to test designs; modifies designs to meet specifications and budget requirements.
•  Oversees the implementation of new measuring devices and control systems, ensuring devices are correctly installed and properly tested.
•  Acts as project engineer for design, prototype fabrication, and manufacturing development.
•  Drafts and presents formal technical documents, reports, and testing results to manager for approval.
•  Drafts technical manuals for instrumentation.
•  Provides training related to devices to employees and/or customers.
•  Performs other duties as assigned.
•  Good Knowledge of PLC/ SCADA/ HMI/ Automation.

• Candidate will be responsible for designing, execution and qualifying entire electrical activities.
• Candidate Should have same expertise in his past experience.
• Candidate should have exposure in electrical and safety norms required related to electrical designing
• Will be responsible for estimating, cost control, forecasting and scheduling through final project completion
• Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines by optimizing resources in a fast paced construction/installation environment
• Responsible for obtaining Electrical License as per compliance with all applicable laws
• Review and approve supplier documents for Instrumentation
• Responsible for erection and commissioning of electrical equipment as per design specifications
• Responsible to provide updates to the management on the day-to-day activities of assigned projects
• Demonstrate strong focus on Safety
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Required Skills

• Candidate must have min. 7 years of experience in projects electrical designing and execution.
• Candidate should have work exposure and certification in 11 KVA electrical line.
• Candidate should have exposure in handling regulatory Audits.
• Must be excellent in written and spoken English
