About this opportunity !

We are now looking for a Packet Core SME, who will be responsible for Circle Operation, will Drive through Circle, Central guidelines, and ready to handle small team. Candidate should have Validated track records.

What you will do !

• Very good hands on and working level knowledge of any Vendor Paco nodes, SGSN-MME, GGSN (SGW/PGW), EPDG etc
• Good understanding to EPC, VoLTE, Vo-Wifi solutions and call flows
• Good Understanding in Paco surrounding Nodes (PCRF, AAA, DNS, Charging)
• Analyze and plan customer requirements and ensure detailed execution of changes and Familiar with critical PACO & VoLTE Network KPIs
• Good understanding of Diameter Interfaces & Error Codes and Experience in using various Network Tools & ability to analyze traces
• Ability to prepare and present Technical Analysis towards customer
• Ability to supply to troubleshooting process during performance degradation & outages
• Familiar with 5G Core, Virtualization and the Cloud concepts and hands on Virtual Nodes will be added advantage and Excellent IP background
• Troubleshooting Skills of Packet Core Nodes Deployed in Circle
• CR Handling and Co- Ordination with SRF Team. and Customer Complaint resolution in coordination with TSG.
• Ensuring Adherence to Guideline share by Customer /Central Team
• Any other responsibility w.r.t Network upkeep requirements and Solid grasp of the Trace analysis Wireshark traces
• Excellent Teammate and lead a small team within area of responsibility
