Roles and Responsibilities

RTM is responsible to build sales capability (Sales representatives and managers) of the field force in the geography of his influence. This is achieved through identifying, training needs & developing content and delivering it effectively. RTM to coach the ASM to develop his team’s product knowledge, Selling skills and Behaviors that ensure his teams in-clinic effectiveness. RTM to spend 80% of their time exemplifying the skills and knowledge during JFW

  • He is responsible for Induction of new recruits and ongoing knowledge reinforcement to Sales reps and Area manager
  • Facilitate all (Classroom/Virtual) training programmer/cycle meeting/Monthly Quiz
  • Cascading HO led initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Qualification Any stream, however Science or Pharmacy is preferred

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical selling and worked as ASM at least 2-3 years
  • An overall exposure from both RX as well as OTC will be preferred
  • Program content development
  • Program impact Assessment
  • Stake holder engagement

Have good Understanding of all technology- based platforms functionality and use at a best level as a blended learning approach in his area of influence
