Role & Responsibilities:
- Meeting business
targets in term of sales and growth by continuously looking for new avenues of
growth - Appointment of
Distributors (called Area Delivery Agents) - Daily Visits to
Area Delivery Agents(2-3/day) to coordinate delivery, fund collection and resolve
any issues - Visit to
Retailers(25-30/day) - Understanding
Market Potential - Gathering
customer feedback - New Product
testing and result gathering, preparing the marketing, distributors and
retailers for new products - Launch in New
Market - Increasing no of
retailers - Merchandising
- Visibility of
product at ADAs and retailers - Market
penetration - Responsible for
fund management - Vehicle tracking
and resolving any issues - Responsible for
crate management - Responsible for
Marketing collaterals: point of sales materials to promote the existing and new
products - Support to the Pilot Sales
representatives in terms of infrastructure and other concerns - Order Collection
from ADAs for the next day over telephone - Follow up with
ADAs for payment for next days order
Requirements
3+ years experience in FMCG industry preferred
