Support Local and Group Applications including Regulatory applications used by India Global Markets Business.
Maintain Application inventory and be adept in incident management, problem management & change management.
Actively engage with required IT, ITID, Business and vendor teams for conducting BCP and DR drill.
Review the health and functionality of software applications and suggest improvements, interact with third party vendors and internal clients to improve application performance and stability.
Provide timely and accurate Incident and quality dashboard for management reporting.
Establish the root cause of application errors and escalate issues to Senior management in a timely manner.
Build network with key stakeholders, create an ability to resolve incidents at pace with minimum conflict.
Liaise with vendors for problem resolution, regular catch-up meetings to track issues, improvise delivery and provide updates to Business.
Effectively manage operational risks, Internal control, Regulatory/Group/Exchange Audits and related submissions.
Track and coordinate with ISR team on Cyber Security space and perform ITSO responsibilities.
Document processes and monitor application performance metrics.
People management including leading the production support team members.
